Udang Bakar Madu

Bahan :
1/4 kg udang galah
jeruk nipis, diambil airnya
garam


Bumbu bakar :
3 siung bawang putih
4 sdm madu
kecap manis
mentega
merica bubuk





Cara membuatnya :

  1. Bersihkan udang, kerat di bagian punggungnya.
  2. Rendam dengan garam dan jeruk nipis beberapa saat.
  3. Tumis bawang putih dengan mentega, masukkan kecap manis dan merica lalu sisihkan.
  4. Taburi udang dengan garam dan panggang hingga setengah matang.
  5. Oleskan tumisan kecap, lalu panggang lagi.
  6. Oleskan madu yang sudah dicampur dengan merica, lalu panggang lagi hingga matang.
  7. Udang bakar madu siap dihidangkan dengan nasi hangat, sambal pedas dan tumis kangkung. yummiii  ;)
