1/4 kg udang galah
jeruk nipis, diambil airnya
garam
Bumbu bakar :
3 siung bawang putih
4 sdm madu
kecap manis
mentega
merica bubuk
Cara membuatnya :
- Bersihkan udang, kerat di bagian punggungnya.
- Rendam dengan garam dan jeruk nipis beberapa saat.
- Tumis bawang putih dengan mentega, masukkan kecap manis dan merica lalu sisihkan.
- Taburi udang dengan garam dan panggang hingga setengah matang.
- Oleskan tumisan kecap, lalu panggang lagi.
- Oleskan madu yang sudah dicampur dengan merica, lalu panggang lagi hingga matang.
- Udang bakar madu siap dihidangkan dengan nasi hangat, sambal pedas dan tumis kangkung. yummiii ;)
